Nice to meet you!


We are Anne and Alan Drinkwater. We’ve recently wrapped up our careers and are free to ramble. We’d like to share our adventures.
And since we’ve been asked, we’ll share our thoughts on getting outdoors and having lots of fun. We aren’t fancy people. We don’t need luxury to be happy. But boy, we are all about enjoying all that we are doing and we count our blessings every day!

Why we are sharing

I see so many wonderful and exciting lives being shared on social media by people younger than us. Yet I don’t see much from people over 50. Are you finding that too?

Alan and I thought we’d try doing what our kids do so that folks like us can be inspired.
We want to inspire you to copy people who are younger than you. Yes, you absolutely can!

More importantly, you absolutely should.

Don’t you wake up in the morning and think you are still in your 30’s? I do.
Hang it all, I am going to live that way.
